Hot oyster garlic noodles are super easy and delicious. Noodles are my favourite choice for quick meals. Noodles can be very time-consuming and require a lot of dedication, but they can also be quick and simple. This is another great noodle dish. Cantonese people love oyster with garlic in seafood or noodles. It tastes amazing even with chili pepper. It takes just 10 minutes to make and can be served for breakfast.

About Oyster sauce

Oyster sauce has a sweet and salty taste and with some smoky feeling. Oyster sauce is commonly made from oyster extracts. It also includes sugar, water and wheat flour. It is used in Guangdong Cuisine as a seasoning for fish and beef dishes. It’s great with green vegetables like broccoli. It’s also used in dipping dishes.

It works well with noodles because of its thick paste texture.

Cook’s Note

  • Oyster sauce is very salty so you can cut down on salt.
  • You can skip the pepper flakes and fresh chili pepper if you are making this for children. It creates a wonderful sweet and savory flavor that will be loved by children.

Instructions

Bring a pot of water up to boiling and then prepare to cook the noodles.

In the middle, place oyster sauce. Next, add chopped garlic, chopped spring onions, pepper circle, and pepper flakes.

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil and drizzle the oil over the seasonings. Next, add light soy sauce and black vinegar. Mix well and let the sauce sit for a minute.

  • 1 tsp. Sugar
  • 2 Cloves GarlicChop.
  • 1 scallionChop.
  • 1/2 tbsp. Pepper FlakesOr to taste.
